Dog License
In accordance with Section 6-225 of the Butler Municipal Code and State Statute 174.05 through 174.09, all dogs residing in the Village must be vaccinated against rabies and be licensed by the Village.
Dog licenses can be applied for at the Village Administration counter in Village Hall. Applications for the license can be found here. Spayed and neutered dogs are $10 while dogs not spayed or neutered are $15. If the dog license is applied for after March 31st, a $5 late fee is applied.
When turning in the application, please provide a current copy of the rabies vaccination.
